They were able to fit me in pretty quickly. The crew that came out were a pleasure to work with.
I would make that choice again
All the nob and tub is gone.

My HVAC needed servicing. The company that installed my furnace informed me they no longer serviced our area. The original company was meant to get back to me, but did not. I saw a local ad for Wilson River Electric LLC and called. Winter is upon us! Mike(electrician) gave me Billy’s #(HVAC) and he assessed my furnace quickly and discovered more than just cleaning/servicing maintenance. It’s Thanksgiving week. He ordered the motor-still barely under warranty and installed it plus maintenance 11/28-the day after Thanksgiving. He explained everything to me and is doing a follow-up tiny fix. They will be back in the Spring to service my AC. Communication and punctuality were 5 stars.
